Cyber-type Pokemon are relatively scarce. With the ongoing development of computer technology, scientists have been able to develop sentient AIs and implement them into "man-made" Pokemon, though this innovation is still in its early stages. Most Cyber-types have intelligence on par with supercomputers and unique man-made abilities and effects not found in any wild Pokemon; because of this, they can learn moves of varying types. Cyber-types are strong all-around, having few weaknesses and strong damaging moves that can cause secondary effects. While some Cyber Pokemon can only be received in laboratories, some scientists have released species into the wild to observe how AIs interact with natural wildlife. Some trainers view Cyber-types as too strong, however, and try to avoid competitions where Cyber-types are used.

Cyber-types generally have a high base SPATK stat. Cyber moves are known to inflict stat changes and status conditions. They are strong against Electric-types, which have thus far have had only one weakness, and are also strong against other Cyber-types. What sets Cyber-type Pokemon aside from most other types, though, is their unpredictability. Due to their extremely high intelligence and artificial nature, they can learn moves that span almost all types, particularly special moves. If set up properly, a Cyber-type's moveset can be super-effective against a majority of types, and could thus be devastating in battle. One must proceed with caution when entering a battle with a predominantly Cyber-type user.

In contrast with their impressive SPATK stat, Cyber-types generally have poor DEF and SPDEF. It is easily subdued by the common Water-type, or by another Cyber-type. However, its small amount of weaknesses make up for its less-than-ideal defenses, and resists Steel, Electric, and Normal-type moves.

In super contests, most Cyber-type moves become smart moves.

This is a description for :icondeidara-fuuka:'s Cyber Pokemon, written with help from :iconcataclyptic:. These Pokemon are rare but powerful "wild-card" type Pokemon, being very adaptable and having very expansive movepools. The type is strong against Electric because they have abilities that disrupt electronics, and, similar to Ghost and Dragon, also against itself. Ineffective against Grass and Normal due to them being "biological" types, and weak to Water for water's ability do disrupt circuitry.

Not too many pre-existing moves I could find for this type, so my friend :iconcataclyptic: came up with some new ones. I'll post them soon.
